Our experience at the hotel was excellent! The location couldn't have been more central, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony for free, as it was available. The complimentary provision of water in the room was a nice touch, and everything was clean and in perfect working order. We also utilized the laundry service, which was quick and reasonably priced. The 24-hour reception was extremely helpful and ensured a smooth stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone!

Amazing central location, extremely helpful staff, great and spacious room with functional bathroom. I think we were upgraded to a really nice room as it was on the 6th floor, with a balcony and Church view - absolutely delightful! Good breakfast buffet selection, they even have two high chairs for babies.

- Mr Dong was very welcoming during check-in. James, staff very helpful suggesting New Quarter to see. - Mr. Harry was friendly and supportive and Ms. Rose was helpful in suggesting shops. Overall all Staff very friendly. - That is wonderfully comfortable - Excellent, hot water temperature for the shower - Housekeeping needs improvement had to notify front desk of basic essentials needed - Breakfast offers a nice variety and selections of foods - Staff very helpful and friendly, and tried to accommodate all requests when reported - Location very good and within short, walking distances to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions - Yes, recommendations to stay. A great room, very comfortable and clean. And extremely friendly staff. We checked out in the morning and had our flight late evening. We were offered not only to keep our luggage in the hotel, but also time to relax before our drive to the airport (including tea), and we were offered to have a shower after a day walking across Hanoi. (All this without us asking about it.) A big thank you from us!

Beautiful small hotel. Fantastic location - walkable to all the old quarter sights, the Lake , Dong Xuan Market, Train Street ... The staff were a real highlight of our stay - they were so welcoming and helpful!They can help you with all everthing you need, even giving tips about avoiding potential scams on the streets of Hanoi, best tour package trip to Sapa and Ninh Binh . I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are great 😁 from the moment we arrived they were friendly and helpful. Room was big for 5 of us, plenty of room to make ourselves at home. Yummy breakfast, loads of eateries around for other meals.

Upon learning that we booked in a building without an elevator, they volunteered to transfer our group to one of their hotels with an elevator, and even upgraded us to a family room. The staff were all friendly and responsive. Location was also just a street away from the Catholic Church and a few minutes walk from most city center attractions.

Reception and cleaning staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Mr Brian and Mr Harry and Ms Kimi and Ms Rose. They were very welcoming and helped us to feel at home while we were trapped by the typhoon. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the bed was super comfortable. Powerful shower with everything supplied. We will be staying again soon!
